Burbank's House of Hobbies

I love this hobby shop first and foremost. I buy from their eBay store all the time , I would say I am a loyal customer. Today I entered the store with my family I picked out a number of items and I asked the front desk gentleman if I could place my items behind the counter for safe keeping the man sighed and pointed for me to place them somewhere not in the way I was taken a back because I did not mean to bother him. When I was checking out he again sighed loudly and when I mentioned I had a gift card he sighed again…. This employee seemed bothered at my purchase of 270 dollars?? The rest of the employees seemed kind especially the older gentleman who was so kind to help me. I will shop here again but the disrespect I was shown will be remembered.

I was online supposed to order primary colors 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but they had some much other cool stuff. Glad to support a local business, I definitely need to take a trip out to location, unfortunately do to surgery I can't do much, nice they offer online shopping and delivery. Got it fast, nicely packed, and even received some stickers! Thank you Burbank House of Hobbies!

Wow, my brother and I stopped by today to check it out. Everyone there especially Ken the owner was very nice and helpful. This place really took us back to the 90s when we were building model cars for the first time! Very awesome place to check out for sure. Prices are very fair especially on the open box items. Definitely coming back!

I build and paint gunpla and have been looking for small business somewhere on the west coast to try and get faster shipping than the major gunpla retailers like USAGS and Newtype. Well this is officially the place! They have a very good selection of kits and a ton of paint and supplies that I use that are all priced good. The shipping was also really quick and they offer multiple options. They sent out my order the day after I placed it and was delivered within 3 days which is wayyyy faster than any major retailer. The packaging was also really good, I would have zero worries about damage during shipping. These people are amazing and I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone!

This has to be one of the best Hobby Shops in the US. I live in Colorado and order all the time from here. They ship super fast and are always accurate with my orders. Makes me wish I lived in Burbank so I could frequent the store. Although It would cost me a small fortune if I could actually get there on a regular basis. 😂
